Refurbishment Projects
Refurbishment care home interior design projects offer an opportunity to create a fresh new look with a complete makeover or to update an existing scheme with some new furnishings and accessories. We work closely with our clients to understand how each room is used and the look and feel they would like to achieve, producing scheme boards for each room for presentation to the client. Involving staff and residents at the very start of the project is the key to a successful refurbishment. Our schemes will always be produced to make the most out of any given budget and we are always happy to give guidance on realistic budget allowances. We are particularly experienced in design for dementia and love coming up with practical suggestions on creating a new dementia friendly environment or improving an existing space.
Having been involved in numerous refurbishment projects we fully understand the complexities and logistics of designing and working in an occupied home, we are used to working on phased projects to cause minimal disruption to the residents and thinking outside the box with regards to existing building issues.
